Helping You Live Your Life in Color and Connection

I see you.

You have worked so hard and accomplished so much. And yet you criticize yourself harshly in ways you’d never speak to another person. You avoid tasks and situations for fear of not meeting expectations, being judged, or feeling embarrassed. To you, anything short of perfection feels like failure. You feel overwhelmed by the relentless running inner commentary of “what ifs” and “you shoulds.” Instead of pushing back, you work harder to please others and keep the peace. Deep down inside, though, you long for autonomy, to set your own rules, and step out of the constricted comfort zone of perfectionism to live life freely and in color.

Live your life in color.

Working with me means discovering what it’s like to live your life in color:

  • I’ll help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

  • I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, experience and channel emotions like anger and fear in productive ways.

  • You’ll feel empowered to connect with your authentic self even when the voices in your head keep telling you that you “should” hide your true desires and please others.

  • You’ll learn to trust your “gut feeling” again and know intuitively what you need.

  • Find and practice using your voice and learn to assert your needs productively.
